Service continues. The POS runs fully offline with local data storage, orders, payments, kitchen tickets, and receipts all work, then sync automatically when connectivity returns.
Is the billing SARS-compliant?
Yes. Tafela auto-generates valid tax invoices, manages VAT rate changes, produces VAT201 reports, and archives every transaction for five years.
Does it work with Yoco and iKhokha?
Yes. Tafela integrates with South Africa's popular card machines, including Yoco and iKhokha, so payments reconcile against orders automatically.
What does it cost?
Plans start from R199 per month, including recipe costing and inventory from the starter plan, with no long-term contracts.
